Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in complex curation and review tasks daily, documenting decisions in various tools
• Analyze and organize survey feedback to produce actionable recommendations for operational improvements
• Design and implement efficient workflows, coordinating with Account Managers for issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or project management within operations
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications, with experience in Airtable, SQL, and Salesforce CRM as a plus
• Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
• Intermediate experience level in business analytics and project or program management
