Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with restaurant owners to build onboarding plans and ensure successful Go-Live implementation
• Consult with clients to identify configuration needs and manage onboarding configurations remotely
• Create and lead training plans for restaurant staff to effectively use the product and enhance operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience with project management and onboarding processes
