Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of OEM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall OEM strategy in alignment with company goals
• Identify and establish partnerships with potential OEM partners
• Oversee the entire OEM process, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM operations with leadership responsibilities
• Experience working with T1 or T2 OEM suppliers
• Strong knowledge of the OEM industry, including market trends
• Demonstrated experience managing contracts and agreements
