Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Operations to lead medication optimization interventions for Medicare Advantage members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage performance against operating KPIs and clinical outcomes for medication management programs
• Leverage data analysis tools to identify barriers to medication therapy problems and drive clinical outcomes
• Lead strategic planning and execution of pharmacy programs to enhance programmatic efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational performance improvement in complex, regulated environments
• Demonstrated leadership impact with experience influencing outcomes across organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and business intelligence platforms
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or consulting with a focus on data-driven approaches
• Fluency in the healthcare ecosystem through relevant experience or graduate-level education
