Job Summary

A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the Charlotte/Piedmont Triad area.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and sales initiatives
• Solicit and appoint new agencies while evaluating their potential for quality business
• Exceed new business production and maintain relationships with appointed agents

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Must reside in the Charlotte, NC or Piedmont Triad areas
• Experience in managing sales teams or agencies
• Ability to mentor and train new hires
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
