Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, secure, and expand supplier relationships within HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Industrial Supplies
• Build and maintain a robust supply network to improve catalog depth and ensure access to high-demand inventory
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and marketing funds with suppliers while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with an OEM or large distributor
• Strong personal network within the HVAC ecosystem, including distributors and industry associations
• Experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree preferred
