Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse - Access Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in debrief meetings to identify issues or improvement opportunities
• Assess and manage patient messages received through the electronic medical record
• Provide telephonic patient education and document interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory or emergency settings
• Unrestricted Registered Professional Nursing license in New York and Florida upon hire
• Experience in patient education related to chronic conditions
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
