Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Adobe Sales Executive to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to achieve the annual revenue target for the Adobe business line

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve Annual Adobe Target:

◦  Retain and grow existing clients

◦  Acquire, land, and expand new clients

  • Implement and Prioritize GTM Strategies:

◦  Focus on the most impactful go-to-market strategies for Adobe, track results, and adjust as needed

  • Lead Growth Squad:

◦  Manage a team including outbound and marketing specialists, a sales executive, and a partner manager (not all roles are applicable)

◦  Act as the main Sales executive within the squad

◦  Take full accountability for all Adobe-related opportunities and leads

◦  Lead (or coordinate with Studio Manager) demos, discovery sessions, technical proposals, estimates, and solution architecture

  • Build Strong Client Relationships:

◦  Engage deeply with clients to understand needs, aligning Adobe solutions to create value and success

  • Drive Innovation:

◦  Propose new Adobe offerings or services to meet evolving market demands

  • Collaborate with other Squad Leaders:

◦  Seek cross-selling opportunities, share best practices and lessons learned
