Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level2 Lifestyle Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-30 minute telephonic/chat coaching interactions
• Focus on behavioral change management for members with Type 2 diabetes
• Collaborate with a Care Team to personalize programs for members

Required Qualifications:

• National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) or other Coaching Certification
• 1+ years of Coaching/Behavior Change experience with proven results
• Experience working virtually with groups and individuals
• Experience in a healthcare environment regulated by HIPAA
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
