California Provider Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Business Process Analyst who will lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives focusing on reconciliations for providers through data analysis and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in business case development for proposed initiatives, assessing opportunities, risks, and ROI
• Facilitate optimization of business unit performance by aligning policy, process, and technology
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement, financial gains, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• Five to seven years of related experience, preferably in health care and/or insurance
• Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating
• Knowledge and experience leveraging IT solutions
• Candidates must reside within the state of California to be considered
