Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Full Time Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare personnel for patient care
• Provide services via telehealth visits and ensure follow-up with patients

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience with NP licensure
• Active RN and NP licensure in at least five U.S. states with prescription authority
• Board certified in a Matrix approved specialty by AANP, ANCC, or AACCN
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification
• Preferred 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
