Community Philanthropy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Philanthropy Manager, Midlevel Giving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and projects of the Midlevel program
• Cultivate relationships with high-level Beacon donors to secure annual and increased support
• Develop and execute quarterly engagement opportunities for donors

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing a donor portfolio and successfully closing annual gifts
• Strong project management skills
• Experience using fundraising database software
• Ability to build strong relationships with donors and staff
• Strong desire for program and professional growth
