Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a critical member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that are designed to support our business objectives. This role is a key tactical player in enhancing our online presence, increasing website traffic and engagement, and generating leads for both the lending and deposit verticals. 

Responsibilities 

Manage website updates using Webflow, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals

Participate in implementation of enhancements and upgrades to digital marketing platforms as needed

Use technology and data-driven insights to solve complex marketing challenges, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making

Lead research and creative brainstorming for marketing campaigns on behalf of clients and prospects

Establish and execute effective customer acquisition strategies to grow our user base

Handoff asset strategy between TAG, Agency and Client

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Wide-ranging familiarity with major social sites and services from a conceptual, marketing, technical, and feature-set perspective.

• Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic actions

• Exhibit unparalleled and inexhaustible enthusiasm, energy, and creativity.

• Meticulous attention to detail in planning, execution, and analysis

• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices for improved search engine rankings

• Smartphone with current iOS/Android OS
