Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scenario Support professional to assist the Operations Team with loan restructuring and underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bank statements and review various loan types for compliance and investor guidelines
• Respond to inquiries from Loan Officers and provide accurate income calculations for prequalification
• Research investor guidelines and recommend alternative loan structures when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Current experience underwriting VA mortgage loans
• Direct Endorsement (DE) and/or LAPP/SAR certifications
• Superior knowledge of underwriting requirements for various loan programs
