Mortgage Processor with NMLS License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in front-end processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of 40-60+ loans daily and weekly
• Process loans from application through closing, including document collection and review
• Communicate loan requirements and status updates with all parties involved

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Experience in a processing role within the past 12 months
• Solid knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with a paperless system
• NMLS-MLO license preferred or willingness to obtain
