Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics GP, managing new and ongoing support cases
  • Respond to and resolve an average of 3 new support cases per day within a 7-day timeframe
  • Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting and finance modules
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP across multiple application areas
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles; background in accounting or a business degree is required
  • Proven experience in customer support or end-user interaction in an enterprise application environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues under tight deadlines
  • Basic familiarity with SQL to run queries and interpret results
