• Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a call center environment
• Handle inbound/outbound calls while maintaining performance metrics and delivering quality service
• Accurately track/document all communications with customers and resolve inquiries efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work in a remote environment with necessary equipment and high-speed internet
