Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Grievances RN (Behavioral Health) to work remotely in CST, PST, MST, or AZ.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments of healthcare services for appropriateness
• Facilitate discussions with healthcare providers and members to gather clinical information
• Manage quality and productivity metrics while collaborating with team members and Medical Directors

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency
• Experience working in the Behavioral Health field as an RN
• 3+ years of total RN experience, including clinical experience in an inpatient/acute setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work remotely in CST, PST, MST, or AZ during standard business hours
