Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Cantonese/English Licensed Health Insurance Agent for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and conduct needs assessments for Medicare and D-SNP eligibility
• Complete needs analysis and recommend suitable plans based on customer requirements
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
• Ability to obtain health insurance license in Missouri
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment
