Job Summary

A company is looking for a Migration Lead Specialist: Advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced SQL extractions and load data into Salesforce Advancement/Kindsight environments
• Act as a Technical Delivery Manager by creating project plans, defining timelines, and managing risks
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure the Salesforce platform meets functional and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce systems
• 5 years of experience working with Advancement/Kindsight solutions
• Strong SQL expertise for data extractions, transformations, and validations
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead projects and drive on-time delivery
• Experience in presenting and facilitating workshops with clients
