Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Sr - Medicaid Pharmacy Implementations - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure understanding of business requirements and document system enhancement scope for assigned projects
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Claims IT team, including cross-training on system requirements
• Lead highly complex projects, managing scope, prioritization, and driving discussions with project teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of functional system requirements analysis experience
• Experience with claims systems
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa sponsorship
