ITSM Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITSM Business Analyst - Software Licensing to support software licensing audits and optimizations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of all software licensing to identify usage, compliance status, and gaps
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights on licensing needs and future requirements
• Analyze licensing models and contracts to assess efficiency and alignment with ITSM objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or ITSM focused on licensing
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models and vendor contract management
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM practices related to asset and service management
• Experience with stakeholder engagement in a licensing context
