In this exciting entry level role, you will be the main point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional assistance and support as they navigate our food delivery service. Your fluency in Italian will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions regarding their orders, delivery statuses, and service-related issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide detailed information on menu items and promotions
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on our offerings and best practices

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
