Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch for airline reservation inquiries.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations.
• Offer detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and fare rules.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with airlines and travel partners to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay updated on airline promotions, routes, and travel regulations.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering excellent customer care.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage various customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems or customer service software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
