Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) - Volkswagen - Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy BG is on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Service Representative to join our dynamic team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our Volkswagen customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-tier support. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding Volkswagen products, services, and promotions.
• Effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and promoting brand loyalty.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about Volkswagen offerings and relevant updates to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by promoting a positive customer experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer care.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about Volkswagen products and services.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
