▪ Performing courtesy calls and regular checkups to ensure customer satisfaction.
▪ Conducting early risk assessments, evaluating client satisfaction reports and ensuring proactive
corrective measures.
▪ Identifying areas of opportunity, best practices and acting as day-to-day contact for assigned
accounts.
▪ Evaluating growth opportunities, and expanding Rentokil Boecker offering to existing clients and
referring them to the relevant Sales/Trade Consultants.
▪ Keeping clients engaged and regularly using our products and delivering satisfying services that lead
to customer stability.
▪ Supporting in the creation of effective customer success procedures, policies, and standards.
▪ Assisting the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in developing success plans for customer
acquisitions and retention.
▪ Fixing issues before they happen.
▪ Assisting the CSM in analyzing customer data to improve customer experience.
▪ Uncovering the root cause of a problem, quickly analyzes potential solutions, and makes clear and
informed recommendations.
▪ Drafting metrics reports related to client retention for CSM evaluation.
▪ Supporting the CSM in drafting effective customer success procedures, policies, and standards.
▪ Serving as a focal point in the implementation of an effective customer loyalty program, reward
plans and bundles.
▪ Constantly working on supporting the CSM in improving Rentokil Boecker services and products.
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
▪ At least 4 to 6 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or
customer success.
▪ Excellent communication skills.
▪ Time management skills.
▪ Able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.
