Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Educate customers on the use of features and functionalities of our products.
• Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system for traceability.
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements to provide informed support.
• Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is a strong advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze problems effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
• A self-motivated individual with excellent time management abilities.
