Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders in Italian while maintaining attention to detail.
• Verify customer and order information to prevent errors.
• Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Communicate order statuses and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
• Address any issues related to orders in a proactive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in order processing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience with order management systems or relevant software tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends if needed.
