Responsibilities

• Monitor online platforms and communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards in Italian.
• Moderate and review user-generated content, maintaining quality and appropriateness in line with platform policies.
• Engage with users positively, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
• Document and report any issues or violations to the management team as needed.
• Provide suggestions to enhance moderation processes and community engagement initiatives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and effective practices in online moderation.
• Collaborate with team members to enrich the community through shared insights and strategies.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
• Prior experience in online moderation or community management is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
