Dutch Speaking Content Moderator Social Media

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our Social Media team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media platforms to review user-generated content in Dutch and ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Moderate comments, posts, and messages, addressing inappropriate or harmful content effectively.
  • Engage with users positively, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback within the community.
  • Document and report any issues, trends, or violations to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide suggestions to improve moderation processes and enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices in content moderation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for community engagement.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
  • Experience in social media moderation, content management, or community management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on user engagement and support.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to handle various online interactions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet community needs.
