Dutch Speaking Technical Support Agent

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and helping them resolve issues related to our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in Dutch will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering technical support requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various technical issues, providing clear solutions and guidance.
• Educate clients on the effective use of products and software features.
• Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the support database.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on product changes and enhancements to provide accurate information to clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with various software platforms and technical support tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
