German Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German regarding logistics and shipping services.
• Provide accurate information about shipping options, delivery times, and pricing.
• Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records for service quality assurance.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
