Dutch Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Consultant to join our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. In this vital role, you will provide specialized assistance and expert advice on IT support services and cybersecurity solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, advising on best practices for cybersecurity, and helping clients implement effective IT solutions to protect their digital assets. Working collaboratively with the technical team, you will ensure that our clients receive top-quality service and support that meets their unique operational needs. Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT support and cybersecurity consultation to clients, communicating effectively in Dutch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network security.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity risks, best practices, and strategies for protecting their data.
• Assist clients in implementing and configuring cybersecurity solutions to enhance their security posture.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients understand cybersecurity threats and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and technical solutions for future reference.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Technical proficiency in relevant IT and cybersecurity tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
