Danish Speaking Customer Service for Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers looking to make hotel reservations and seeking assistance with hospitality-related inquiries. You will help facilitate a smooth booking process, address customer queries about hotel services, and provide recommendations for local attractions to enhance their experience. Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in Danish for hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries.
• Assist customers with making, changing, and confirming hotel bookings.
• Supply detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly for quality assurance purposes.
• Work collaboratively with hotel partners to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry best practices and service offerings.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or customer service tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
