Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications, features, and service options.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and customer-friendly manner.
• Document all customer interactions, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with automotive technicians and other staff to address customer concerns effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates on automotive products to provide knowledgeable support.
• Gather customer feedback and report on recurring issues to improve service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
