Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for scheduling and support
• Assist patients with healthcare appointments and benefits information
• Conduct surveys and welcome calls to enhance patient experiences

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
