Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Real Estate Management Department. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding real estate services and properties.
• Assist clients with understanding leasing agreements, property details, and management services.
• Provide support in troubleshooting issues related to property management systems.
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and management teams to resolve client issues.
• Stay informed about market trends, property availability, and company services to provide accurate information.
• Collect feedback from clients to help improve services and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Previous experience in customer support or real estate, specifically in property management, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with property management software or databases is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
