Responsibilities

• Offer technical support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and solve complex technical issues.
• Provide training and guidance on product features to enhance user experience.

• Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors such as finance or e-commerce is advantageous.
