Client Specialist With French Language

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Respond quickly to client communications through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and provide relevant information about our services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collect client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience in client services, customer support, or a related role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours to meet client needs as necessary.
