Part-Time Call Center Appointment Setter (In Office)

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Part-Time Call Center Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be critical in connecting potential clients with our expert sales representatives who provide estate planning services. This position entails reaching out to warm leads generated from direct mail and online inquiries; there is no cold calling involved. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these leads, assess their needs, and schedule appointments in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a sincere desire to assist clients.

Note: This is an in-office position located at our Bradenton, FL office.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and articulate communication skills
• Previous experience in appointment setting or sales support roles is preferred
• Ability to handle objections effectively, utilizing provided scripting and training
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player

Our compensation package includes:

• Hourly plus commissions and bonuses
• W-2 Compensation paid weekly
