Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Lead to provide exceptional customer service and manage financial inquiries from members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all forms of inbound contact from members, including phone calls, emails, and texts
  • Provide a world-class customer experience and resolve financial inquiries, including cancellations and refunds
  • Handle escalations with the goal of resolving issues and supporting company revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service with a strong focus on problem-solving
  • Organizational skills and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook
  • Passion for college athletics
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
