Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist to enhance member satisfaction through outbound engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members based on specific campaign criteria
• Assist members with navigation of the healthcare system and address health plan dissatisfiers
• Maintain daily call logs and participate in program improvement discussions

Required Qualifications

• High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in member engagement
• Experience in direct communication with members is required
• Advanced technical skills in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
