Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of patient registration and/or insurance experience, with at least one year in a customer service role
General knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Suite applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle challenging situations effectively
