A company is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator to support healthcare evaluations through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
• Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate effectively with members
• Overcome objections and persuade members to prioritize their health

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desire to work in an outbound call center environment
• Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives
• Previous experience in high-volume call centers and with auto-dialers is preferred
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
