Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer contact roles (junior candidates with strong skills are welcome)
  • Fluency in Portuguese at a native or professional level; proficiency in English or another EU language is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) or willingness to learn (training provided)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work
