Medical Reimbursement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Reimbursement Review Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reimbursement data from third-party payers to identify trends and systemic issues
• Initiate and track appeals, manage fee schedule updates, and collaborate with payers on contracts
• Serve as a liaison between Coding, Revenue Integrity, AR follow-up, and Payer Contracting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may substitute for formal education)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards
• Experience with Experian Contract Management and fee schedule maintenance
• Familiarity with IDX and experience with Epic
