Key Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Document all contacts and actions taken in the patient accounting system
• Communicate with various healthcare staff to clarify customer service inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business administration preferred
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare customer service role
• Knowledge of insurance programs, regulations, and billing processes
• Data entry skills with a typing speed of 50-60 keystrokes per minute
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) is desirable
