Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC) for Adult Mental Health services, offering remote, fee-for-service positions with various shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to patients with mental health and co-occurring disorders
• Complete assessments, counseling, treatment planning, and aftercare planning
• Manage caseload, including follow-ups on missed appointments and referrals for medication evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited graduate (Masters) program
• Active unrestricted independent license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) from the Massachusetts Board of Registration
• 2+ years of experience in the Human Services field
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions treatment is preferred
