Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Associate - Liability - Telecommute MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Process low level general liability claims by gathering information and determining liability exposure
• Develop and coordinate action plans for claims resolution and approve claim payments
• Administer subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements while maintaining professional client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Two (2) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Successful completion of Claims Representative training required
