Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate for a temporary remote assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing resolutions within established standards
  • Utilize technology to work in multiple systems simultaneously and perform research to resolve inquiries
  • Document call notes accurately and maintain required performance metrics including call quality and productivity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1+ year of previous high-volume Call Center experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in High Touch Customer Experience for at least one year
  • Flexibility regarding schedule and daily duties
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work is preferred but not required
